I loved how uniquely they prepared their avocado toast. It came with a pickled tomato paste that tasted great with the arugula and lemon squeeze. The toast itself was thin and long, almost like a sourdough or rye slice, and it worked really well with the toppings. The yogurt granola bowl was also a winner, especially with the option to add almond butter on the side. That combo tasted amazing and honestly made me wish more places in Japan offered nut butters as side options.
